We are supplying CI casting boiler fire doors manufactured to withstand direct flame exposure, radiant heat, and ash-laden environments in solid fuel and oil-fired boilers. These doors provide front-end combustion access and flame regulation for large and small boiler systems.
Built from high-grade cast iron, each unit offers heavy-duty thermal resistance with precise sealing. The solid body minimizes warping or distortion during prolonged furnace operation, even under extreme pressure and soot accumulation.
The fire doors are cast in a single-body mold or a split-body mold, depending on access size and boiler capacity. Surface hardening, ash barrier lips, and gasket seating help maintain firebox pressure and combustion efficiency.
Long-Term Thermal Durability
These fire doors are used in zones where direct flame, soot, and pressure demand robust enclosure parts. Manufactured with sand-casting methods for dimensional consistency and service reliability.
